Objective

We consider our three main programmes to be a “programme family”. While each programme is effective on its own, their shared purpose and strength are fully revealed when experienced together.

An overview is given in the graph below:

Objectives

The Holistic Management Training Programme strengthens the foundations of effective leadership by developing clarity, resilience, and presence – across physical, cognitive, and empathic dimensions. Participants build sustainable routines, improve stress regulation, and expand their ability to act with focus and confidence – even under pressure.

Each programme module supports lasting personal and professional growth. The programme runs over seven weeks and includes a three-day in-person retreat, followed by a flexible learning phase that allows you to integrate new habits, tools and insights into your daily leadership context.

Methodology

A sustainable increase in an individual’s energy level can be achieved by behavioural changes. Yet these changes cannot be cemented by only short-term effort. Continuous experiments and exercises are required, which should lead to an increase in willpower over time.

The Holistic Management Training Programme is therefore designed around an accompanied personal development approach, delivered over a sustained period.

Techniques to support individuals’ performance as managers and to keep them energetic and healthy as human beings include:

  • Finding goals/values/ideals and making them accessible to the conscious self
  • Making sense of management situations
  • Strategy development
  • Handling conflicts
  • Seeking win-win situations

Additionally, this programme aims to create a strong network among participants that will support them in their career, help them master professional challenges and increase their individual resilience.

While theoretical foundations will be provided, the focus of the training will be on experiential learning both for the body-related exercises and the intuitive/empathic and cognitive parts of the training.

Objective

The “Holistic Management Training” programme is designed for current and aspiring leaders who seek to strengthen their management and personal skills holistically. Addressing the physical (body), cognitive/emotional (mind), and intuitive/empathic (soul) dimensions, the training recognises that true leadership effectiveness relies on all three areas working together.

Participants will:

  1. Build resilience in challenging leadership situations
  2. Foster mindfulness and a sense of purpose
  3. Develop strategies to maintain energy, health, and high performance
  4. Practice approaches to prevent fatigue and reduce the risk of burnout

The programme blends theoretical insights with practical exercises, focusing on skills that support sustained personal growth and responsible leadership – both now and for the future. By enhancing awareness of themselves and their impact, participants will be better equipped to navigate the demands of modern leadership while staying healthy and effective.

Methodology

Evidence-Based & Structured for Real Impact

Our program uses a pyramid model to illustrate the journey of personal and professional growth in management:

  • Pinnacle (Ideals/Values): Training begins by defining your core ideals and values. This creates a guiding compass for leadership and is especially valuable when faced with managerial dilemmas.
  • Foundation (Basic Needs): The base of the pyramid covers essential needs—such as sleep, nutrition, and wellbeing—which are crucial for sustainable development and high performance.
  • The Bridge (Habits & Skills): Through a series of small, science-based habits, participants gradually bridge the gap between basic needs and high ideals:
    • Meditation and mindfulness exercises
    • Enhancing perception and awareness
    • Communication techniques
    • Regular sports and movement routines

Our approach blends an initial face-to-face module with an extended period of online coaching, maximizing transfer and lasting change.

Why this approach?

  • Meta-meta-analytic research (Albarracín et al., 2024) demonstrates that targeting habits, access, and social support produces the largest and most sustainable effects on behaviour—far above interventions focused on knowledge or general attitudes alone.
  • Long-term, accompanied learning is proven to support the repetition, feedback, and adaptation required for transferring new skills and forming lasting habits.
  • Integrating values/ideals upfront strengthens resilience and integrity, equipping managers for complex real-world decisions.
