Programme structure and details
The Connect With Self programme combines in-person and guided self-training for a truly holistic learning experience.
Face-to-face module
Begin with an intensive three-day workshop held at the beautiful Kloster Lehnin, located about 60 km from Berlin, Germany. The programme kicks off on a Sunday with a welcoming lunch and concludes on Tuesday evening. This immersive setting provides the perfect environment to recharge, reflect, and connect with fellow participants.
Accompanied self-training module
Directly following the in-person workshop, you’ll transition into a seven-week online self-training phase. This module deepens and reinforces the habits, routines, and insights introduced during the face-to-face experience — with continuous guidance, practical exercises, and regular check-ins.
Online review session
The programme wraps up with a final interactive online review, ensuring lasting impact and providing an opportunity to reflect on your progress, share experiences, and strengthen your professional network.
Timing: The online programme starts the same week as the face-to-face module and spans seven weeks, culminating in the closing session. This structure ensures immediate application of what you’ve learned and ongoing support as you build sustainable, positive routines into your daily life.

During the time span of the online training, we will meet on Wednesdays for a meditation session and a session dealing with a practical leadership topic. If necessary we will provide guidance with your physical training as well.
