Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Definitions

  1. “HT GmbH” refers to Holistic Trainings GmbH (limited liability company).
  2. “Participant” refers to any individual enrolled in a training programme offered by HT GmbH.
  3. “Contracting Party” refers to the person or entity that submits the registration form to HT GmbH. This may be either the Participant or the Participant’s employer.
  4. “Programme” refers to the training course conducted on the date specified in the registration form, including both face-to-face modules and subsequent online components.

§ 2 Scope

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by HT GmbH.
  2. The Contracting Party’s general terms and conditions shall not apply, even if HT GmbH does not expressly object in an individual case.

§ 3 Registration

  1. Registration for a programme must be submitted in written form via the registration form provided at holistic-trainings.com.
  2. All offers and prices published by HT GmbH are non-binding unless explicitly included in a contractual agreement. By submitting the registration form, the Contracting Party makes a binding contractual offer. The contract is concluded only once HT GmbH confirms the registration in writing (e.g., via email).
  3. Should the registration be rejected, e.g. because the programme is already full, HT GmbH will notify the applicant without delay. No entitlement to participation exists in such cases.

§ 4 Fees and Cancellation

  1. An initial payment of 50% of the programme fee is due within one week of receiving written confirmation of registration (§ 3).
  2. Payment Details: The payment details will be provided when the first installment is due.
  3. The remaining 50% of the programme fee must be paid no later than one month before the programme begins.
  4. The Participant and the Contracting Party acknowledge that a place in the programme is only secured once full payment has been received.
  5. The Contracting Party may withdraw from the contract at any time before the programme begins.
  6. In the event of cancellation by the Contracting Party, 80% of the programme fee shall be payable.
  7. HT GmbH reserves the right to cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment (at least two weeks before the scheduled start) or due to force majeure (e.g., illness of a facilitator). In such cases, all payments already made will be fully refunded. No further claims shall arise.

§ 5 Programme Content

  1. The programme and associated exercises are designed to enable attentive participants to meet the learning objectives. The programme is delivered as a service contract. HT GmbH does not guarantee successful completion. A certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend at least 80% of the programme time and complete the relevant tasks.
  2. HT GmbH reserves the right to adjust programme content if deemed necessary by the faculty in order to enhance the learning experience.

§ 6 Participant Obligations

  1. The Participant agrees to foster a constructive and respectful learning environment and to support fellow participants in their learning journey.
  2. During the programme, participants may become privy to confidential information about other participants’ business or private affairs. The Participant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality about any such information obtained, during and after the programme.
  3. The Participant agrees to inform the training provider about any medical conditions (physical or psychological) that may affect their ability to fully participate in the training programme. This is to ensure a supportive and safe environment for all participants, although the training is not considered hazardous.

§ 7 Liability

  1. Participation in any programme is at the Participant’s own risk.
  2. The Participant and the Contracting Party agree that HT GmbH shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or theft occurring during participation in the programme.

§ 8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships arising from the contract are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

§ 9 Severability Clause

  1. If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  2. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable provision shall be deemed agreed upon that most closely reflects the original economic intent of both parties.
