For which situations

When the workshop makes sense

Leadership in transition

A reorganisation, a new strategy or a change in leadership calls for shared orientation, clear roles and aligned priorities.

Decisions under pressure

High complexity, limited time and significant responsibility make clear decisions and their consistent implementation difficult.

Communication and collaboration

Unclear expectations, differing interests or recurring tensions affect collaboration within the leadership or management team.

Self-leadership and sustainable performance

Increasing demands call for a conscious approach to pressure, personal reaction patterns, focus and energy.

In a preparatory conversation we jointly determine which one or two focus areas are most relevant for your team.

What the workshop achieves

What you develop in a single day

Shared orientation
Clarity about the central challenge, the shared objective and the most important priorities.

Stronger decision-making
Agreed criteria, roles and responsibilities for demanding situations.

More effective collaboration
Concrete agreements on communication, expectations and how to handle tensions.

Binding transfer
Three to five prioritised actions with clear responsibilities and next steps.

The specific outcomes depend on the one or two focus areas we agree in the preparatory conversation.

Delivery

Who delivers the workshop

Depending on the topic and participants, the workshop is delivered by one or two coaches from our team. Which coach or combination suits best is clarified in a preparatory conversation โ€” based on your specific challenge, group size and desired focus.

Optional: Four to six weeks after the workshop, we offer a short transfer session โ€” to review what has changed, where further support would be helpful, and how the agreed actions are being implemented.
